Hello everyone! My name is Mikayla Winn & I'm one of the new instructors at Lakeside Fitness! I have been in classical ballet all my life & I even own my own ballet studio (Lake Country Ballet Academy). I got certified with Barre. Above back in November. One of the best things about Barre is how diverse it is. It incorporates ballet, yoga, Pilates & strength training. It is low impact & able to be conformed to everyone's individual needs.
