Trei Edward

Trei is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and strength and conditioning coach (ISSA Certified). He has extensive knowledge of training amateur and semi-professional athletes and was also a notable athlete himself. Trei also has comprehensive nutrition and meal prep expertise credited to years of study and working alongside international chefs while traveling the world in his early adulthood. Trei approaches fitness and nutrition as lifelong behavior modifications where we must continuously improve. He defines his sessions as simple, with twists of challenges and efficiency to ensure each client reaches their desired goal and surpasses their expectations. His favorite motto when working is maximum effort, and that’s exactly what you’ll get when you train with Trei.
