Fitness changed my life, at 51 years old I feel the best and the most confident now than any other time in my life! I am a better husband, a better father a better Papa and better friend because I feel better and I have more confidence! I wanted a gym that was truly for Every Body! Very encouraging, non intimidating and a great atmosphere. I wanted a place that was open whenever someone wanted to workout. I wanted a gym that produced results. We now have that gym! Determination- commitment- results- confidence. This is within your reach no matter your age or fitness level!

My Wife and I are so incredibly blessed to work with such awesome people and serve our members! We care about changing lives and that is what we are doing :)

Fitness has always been a passion of mine. Cam and Shane gave me the opportunity to work in the atmosphere and I ran! I love to promote health, fitness, and motivate others to know the importance. I love my family and the time it allows me to have with them. Making health and fitness a top priority will also keep me in the shape to provide and help my family in the long run. I am so grateful for this opportunity.
